Mita Pardo de Tavera (November 19, 1919 – October 23, 2007) was a Filipino pulmonologist, man of letters, socio-civic leader, and community trim worker. She served as Amanuensis of Social Welfare and Get out of bed during the administration of Governor Corazon Aquino. Pardo de Tavera is also known to advance a program that educated class illiterate and the poor have a view of natural healing remedies and pass for a staunch opposition to representation Marcos administration and the heroic law era.
